Kummitus - Ghost Screaming in Haunted Wingate Hotel

This video was submitted to us by the hotel security manager who was standing watch on September 14, 2003 at a WINGATE HOTEL in Illinois. His voice can be heard in the background of the recording.

According to him, people staying at the hotel began calling in noise complaints to the front desk with reports of loud screaming coming from the 2nd floor--particularly room #209.

There is no known history to the room according to our investigation. However, upon further review, we found that over the years, multiple complaints of "strange noises" were reported to be coming from the room. This is the only known recording of it.

Note to comments:
It's funny how people think this video is edited/fake. The audio is a mix down between the security camera audio and a separate recording from inside the office (which is specifically there to record in case of robbery to the hotel).

People will always come to there own conclusions why a video is fake (like cameras pointed at the door). What they don't realized is that there are about 80 cameras in the hallways around the hotel, all pointing at doors and hallways.

Fantasiakirjailija Kami Garcia esittelee Huffington Postin blogissaan Yhdysvaltain karmivimpia paikkoja. Yhdeksi pelottavimmista hän mainitsee Kentuckyn Louisvillessä sijaitsevan hylätyn parantolan. Jättisairaala Waverly Sanatorium avattiin vuonna 1910 tuberkuloosipotilaiden hoitopaikaksi.

Waverlyssä harrastettiin kuitenkin myös kokeellisia hoitoja, jotka yhdessä tuberkuloosin kanssa aiheuttivat eri tietojen mukaan jopa 6000 potilaan kuoleman tai vakavan henkisen häiriintymisen.

Waverly Sanatorium suljettiin vuonna 1962, ja se on siitä lähtien hiljalleen rapistunut - tarinoiden mukaan tosin ei yksin. 52 vuoden aikana rakennuksen muureihin ja perustuksiin kertyi niin paljon painolastia, että siellä kertoman mukaan kummittelee - ja urakalla.

Talomies.
Vanhassa työpaikassa kulki mies, enkä ole ainoa joka hänet näki. Joskus tuli tervehdittyä kun huomasi jonkun lähestyvän, mutta siinä ei ollutkaan ketään. Ei pelottanut, vaan tuli pikemminkin turvallinen olo ihan kuin talossa olisi ollut oma talkkari, joka kiersi ja tarkisti tilanteen. Kyseessä oli vanha puutalo, jonka paikalla on ollut rakennuksia jo satoja vuosia.

Vanhainkoti.
Olin yövuorossa vanhankodissa toisen hoitajan kanssa. Olimme asukkaan huoneessa kunnes ovemme takaa käytävältä alkoi kuulua askelten ääntä. Kurkkasin ovesta kuka asukkaista on hereillä kävelemässä. Mutta käytävällä ei ollut ketään. Jokin siitä käveli.

Paperit Sekaisin.
Vanhassa työpaikassani (rakennus oli rakennettu 1890-luvulla) kummitus siirteli öisin paperit pöydälläni sekaisin, vaikka joskus teippasin ne kiinni. Tätä kesti vuoden, loppui kun sanoin sille ääneen että en pelkää sitä. Tarina kertoo, että kylmäkkö oli tehnyt itsemurhan siinä huoneessa koska rakkaus oli lohdutonta, joskus 90 vuotta sitten

The Battle of Gettysburg was the largest battle in North America. Fittingly, it has many ghost stories. The Soldiers' Orphanage cellar is said to make even psychics too afraid to enter the house, due to its legend. The Herr Tavern was built in 1815, but during the battle it was used as the first Confederate hospital at Gettysburg, where amputations often resulted in limbs being thrown out through the window to be collected later, only for many of the soldiers to die afterward. As a result, four of the guest rooms are said to be haunted, and the rooms are numbered so that there is no room 13.

UFO CAPTURED WHILE PHOTOGRAPHING THE HAUNTED 1913 EDGEMOOR BARN

Was taking pics of the 1913 barn in the middle of the day, did not see or hear anything at the time this shot was taken. There is paranormal activities that occurs on the property and inside the barn, but this is the first time a UFO has made an appearance.

For those of you with the ridiculous remarks, I am not a dumb tourist, senile, or on drugs, I am a 6 year member of the Santee Historical Society trying to update our barn logo that now has the #9200 painted on the East side of the barn. I didn't notice anything cept a speck on my old camera' the LCD screen, not til I got home and zoomed in did I notice something weird....I shared with my friends, family, and SHS members who thought it was something unidentifiable, and it went off from there...so all you naysayers..it was a simple task of taking a picture of a barn to update a logo, not chasing UFOs!
